How long should my service take?

Accepted Answer

With normal ordering volumes, production of a custom set typically will be finished within one week and shipped as soon as they are complete.  Naturally shipping times can vary due to location, but are also completed within one week.  From ordering to receiving products, one can expect a 7-14 day lead time.

What if the parts I want are out of stock?

Accepted Answer

We will try to ensure that products listed in the store are in stock.  If the case be otherwise, we will message the buyer and offer a cancelation or a wait time.  If items are not in stock for custom builds, the buyer will be notified of the potential extended lead time.

Question 3

What colors are available for custom work?

Accepted Answer

The product used for powder coating is Primatic Powders, https://www.prismaticpowders.com/.  One can choose any of the colors in the color library there for aluminum.  The colors available for carbon paint are Sherwin-Williams automotive top coats.  The details will be discussed in custom ordering correspondence via email.
